Put the cut rubber block into the mixer, add a certain amount of auxiliary materials such as vulcanizing agent, anti-aging agent, and filling material, stir and heat thoroughly, so that the rubber and auxiliary materials are fully mixed and meet certain hardness and strength requirements. Then there is extrusion molding. Feed the mixed rubber material into the extruder, and use the rotating screw of the extruder to squeeze the rubber material into a certain shape of sealing strip. The shape of extrusion molding can be circular, rectangular, elliptical, etc. according to requirements. Next is vulcanization.
